Electrician Journeyman

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a journeyman in both residential and commercial settings. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and professionalism are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial environments

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and safely

• Ensure all work complies with current NEC, local, and state electrical codes

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients

• Uphold company standards for safety, appearance, and workmanship

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License 

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a journeyman in both residential and commercial electrical work

• Strong understanding of electrical theory, codes, and safety procedures

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance

• Dependable, punctual, and accountable in all aspects of work

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
